Another welcome rest day! Excellent omelet
breakfast at a nearby coffeehouse, then off to run a few errands, including
an obligatory trip to the local REI and a stop by
Adventure Cycling, which is headquartered here in Missoula. Had a
wonderful hour-long massage, and am now sitting in the Liquid Planet (a
coffeehouse with Wi-Fi) drinking an iced latte and updating this site. The
schedule for tonight includes making lunch for tomorrow, and possibly a
movie after dinner (Fahrenheit 9/11 is the current top vote-getter). One of the things that's really special about this trip is the cohesiveness of the group. Of all the multi-day bicycle tours I've done, this is the most together group I've been with. Talented cyclists, smart people - I couldn't ask for anything more! Dinner was at a Japanese restaurant in downtown Missoula, followed by some time back at the Liquid Planet updating the web site, then back to the dorm for bed. |
