Today was another relaxing day on the bike, only 70 miles with tailwinds and almost all flat terrain. We took advantage of that and stopped for a late breakfast at mile 40 in the town of Bryan, OH, and ate at a place called "Lester's Diner". Your basic breakfast, but great company (Bruce, David, Chris, Scott B., and Jessica). The terrain and features for most of the day weren't particularly memorable, but what I'll take with me from today were good conversations with Bruce, David and Chris, good roads, and no traffic. All in all a fun time.

Coming into Napoleon is the "Riverview Frosty Boy", a drive-in/ice cream place that's been a traditional stop for Big Rides past, and this year was no exception. We met about half of the riders there, and I enjoyed a large banana milkshake. We sat and socialized for a while, then headed the 2 miles into town and proceeded to the Henry County Fairgrounds, where we'll be spending the night. Setup the tent (again!), showered, lounged, then headed back into town for a $10 night dinner at Spengler's, a sports bar type restaurant. Sat there after dinner to update this page, which I'll hopefully be able to upload in Burton two days from now.

Tomorrow we ride to Sandusky, home of the famous Cedar Point amusement park. The plan is to get to camp early, then head into the park after an earlier than usual lunch prep and rider meeting. We'll have another $10 night so will eat in the park, and since the campground is supposedly not a quiet one we'll probably stay there and ride the rides until closing.
